Admissions for Reception and Year 3 September 2023

If your child was born between 1 September 2018 and 31 August 2019 you will need to apply for a school place between 31 October 2022 and 15 January 2023. This can be done online using the Surrey CC website: surreycc.gov.uk/admissions

Surrey CC will email parents on 17 April 2023 with the outcome of your application. 

If your child is in Year 2 and attends an infant school you will need to apply for a place at a junior school or a primary school with a Year 3 intake.

If you have recently moved to the area or wish to move school during the school year please speak to our admissions officer Mrs Wood, admissions@west-ashtead.surrey.sch.uk or 01372 272082. Mrs Wood can talk you through the in year application process with Surrey CC, assist in completing our registration forms and organise a tour of the school. 

We welcome tours of our school throughout the year. Please contact the school office to arrange a visit with Mrs Hall, our headteacher.
